A PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM
FUND MANAGER, ADAMS FINANCIAL INVESTMENT FUND LLC
These are extraordinary times. Everywhere I turn I hear stories of people who are struggling to reinvent themselves and regain control over their financial lives.
The fact is, we're all in the same boat, some with yachts and some in rubber rafts. But we all have to pull our own oars.
Just remember: In crisis there are always two things present — Danger and Opportunity. So as great as the danger is, so is the opportunity.
As frightening as the dreaded words ‘real estate’ and ‘investing’ are nowadays, they also hold the potential for you to begin to realize your long-term financial goals.
Our hybrid mortgage pool, Adams Financial Investment Fund LLC, is helping California investors profit from distressed real estate and foreclosures, while also helping to rebuild communities. I have over 30 years' experience as a mortgage broker and high-end remodeler in Southern California, so I know how to find, rehab, rent and sell properties for a profit. And I'm happy to share with investors what I've learned over the years.
Like they say, when you've found something you're good at, give it away. As your real estate investment mentor, I'll show you how to successfully invest and profit from distressed real estate.
Whether you're a seasoned investor or new to investing, I welcome the opportunity to talk with you about how we can work together to achieve your financial goals. Call me anytime at (323) 353-7222.
