2. Fully executed 1003 (and 1088 if residential)
3. Trimerge credit reports on all borrowers
4. Color photos of subject property
5. Plus, if income-producing property:
6. • Rent Roll
   • Current Operating Statement

Additional requirements:

• We will need an original and copy package with 3 sets of photos
• Do not submit via fax! We need your package sent via mail
• Do not send anything until you send the complete package
