Equity financing is an asset-based real estate loan with equity, rather than the borrower’s credit rating, as the primary measure of approval. If you find yourself in difficult circumstances, an equity loan is a great solution because it is:

  • Quick and usually completed within two weeks
  • Requires a minimum of paperwork, usually just an application and appraisal
  • Easy to qualify for because it’s based primarily on equity
