Package requirements:

1. Executive Summary
2. Fully executed 1003 (and 1088 if residential)
3. Trimerge credit reports on all borrowers
4. Minimum two years’ tax returns on all borrowers, both individual and business, if applicable
5. Preliminary Title Report
6. Color photos, including front, rear, inside and street scene of subject property (NOTE: We are trying to convince our underwriting staff that this is a terrific property, so we need to see it in the best possible light!)

If income-producing property, add:

1. Bank statement year-to-date from latest tax return filed, both personal and business, on all borrowers
2. Leases
3. Rent roll
4. Current Operating Statement from borrower’s or seller’s tax returns (1 year + year-to-date)
5. Past two years’ Schedule E’s or Schedule C’s if property is owner occupied

Additional requirements:

• We will need an original and copy package with 3 sets of photos
• Do not submit via fax! We need your package sent via mail.
• Do not send anything until you send the complete package!
