In 2005 an Adams Financial subsidiary company, Adams Financial Investment Fund, LLC, launched a $50 million offering pursuant to a permit issued by the State of California Department of Corporations. The mortgage pool offers qualified California investors returns for a specified period of time, guaranteed by the Fund’s Manager. Investments are used to make loans that are secured by real estate property.
